The owner, Michael, has performed the responsibilities of each role, from technician to President, which means that, as an employee, he understands what it’s like to be in your shoes. Additionally, his military experience taught him that every team member is performing a critical role; therefore, at Cline Fire, each team member is valued and appreciated for what they bring to the table.
